“Universal Chung Wah Funeral Directors provided my mother with a traditional service on May 16th. Because I live in a different city from my mom and Yvonne was so helpful from organizing the service to ordering flowers for us so that I didn’t have to dive back and forth so much, and gives advice throughout the preparation and funeral process. Her patience brought us great comfort during our time of grief, and her excellent assistance ensured that my mother's funeral was completed smoothly. And to the person that did my mother’s make up and dressing her, you did a wonderful job, my mon look so peaceful and beautiful in her favorite clothes. Thank you, Yvonne, and Henry for all your helped and thank you to all the staff at Universal Chung Wah Funeral Directors.”
